A delegation from Russia, headed by the Deputy governor of Russia''s coastal border, made a productive visit at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute & Hospital on November 21st, 2006. Along with the three delegates was the official of Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau.

Deputy Director of TMUICH Ping Wang and Qiang Li welcomed the delegation. During their visit, they went to the VIP Ward, PET-CT Center, Cyberknife Center and Radiology Department and known more about the cancer incidence and diagnosis standard in China. The visit will promote the friendly cooperative relation on public health between China and Russia.
