Students of International school of Tianjin donate money to Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital for Breast Cancer Research Grade ten students of International school of Tianjin donated their pocket money, totally 25,000RMB to Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital (TMUCIH) to support breast cancer research on Nov.24th, 2005.

The donation ceremony was held in the hospital at 2:00 p.m. Prof. Xishan hao, President of TMUCIH; Ping Wang, Deputy Directors of TMUCIH; Prof. Shuling Li, honorary director of Breast Cancer Society of CACA; Ms.Zhiqiu Wang, the Chairman of Tianjin Women¡¯s Federation; teachers and students of International School and breast cancer survivors participated in the activity and delivered their speeches. Prof. Ying Wang, Deputy Director of TMUCIH, hosted the ceremony. The two sides exchanged donation check, appreciation of certificate and souvenirs. After donation ceremony, teachers and students of IST paid a visit to Breast Cancer Department and PET/CT Center. The donation has a profound meaning in arousing the awareness of people from all layers of the society to give more sympathy to breast cancer patients and to give more support to the cause of cancer prevention and research.
