This department performs many tasks including bone scintigraphy, liver imaging, thyroid imaging and renal imaging. The department provides important information to other departments in the hospital for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The department provides treatment to bone metastases by the use of 153 Sm and 89 Sr and thyroid metastasis by 131 I. We have also developed 18F-FDG imaging method. More than 2000 patients are examined and more than150 patients are treated every year in our department.
